- We pre-authorize your estimate at $2.29/lb + 25% buffer (minimum $35).
- We weigh everything on certified commercial scales.
- You're charged for actual pounds; buffer + fee release automatically.

Pre-authorization includes 100% of estimated cost plus a 25% buffer (defaulting to 30 lbs if you choose "I don't know"). Final charge is based on actual weight measured on certified commercial scales. Excess buffer and waived fees automatically release within 3-5 business days.

What if I use all my bags before the month ends?+
Unused bags automatically roll over (up to 2 max). If you consistently need more bags, we'll suggest upgrading to the next tier. You can also order additional bags à la carte for $6.99 each, or upgrade your tier immediately.
How does the 10% combo discount work?+
Subscribe to both a clothing plan and a bedding plan and we automatically take 10% off the combined subscription price every month. No promo codes—your invoice shows the discount as long as both plans stay active.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Cancel anytime with no fees. After 3 active months you can pause for up to 3 months (max twice per year) with no charges while paused.
Do unused bags expire?+
Unused bags roll over to the next billing cycle. You can bank up to 2 bags at a time and they stay valid for 30 days. You never lose a bag you paid for within that window.
How does pay-as-you-go billing work exactly?+
We hold 100% of your estimate plus a 25% buffer when you schedule. Once we weigh your bag, we charge only the actual weight (minimum $35) and automatically release any extra buffer and waived fees within 3-5 business days.
What if I want to upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades kick in on your next billing cycle so you keep your current benefits until then.
